We inform you that the last two performances of Ludwig van Beethoven’s Fidelio, scheduled for 5 and 7 January 2022, are canceled.

For those who have an entrance ticket (ticket or Season ticket) for one of the canceled performances, it will be possible to change the date by going to the Box Office during the opening hours (Tuesday to Friday: 11-13 / 15-18; Saturday: 11- 14; two hours before the shows) or by contacting the courtesy service (055 2001278).

By indicating your preference between the scheduled performances (23, 28, 30 December 2021; 2 January 2022) and depending on availability at the time of the request, the seat will be reassigned at no additional cost.

For those wishing, however, to request a refund, they can do so starting from Wednesday 1 December 2021 in the following ways:

– Those who have purchased tickets from the Foundation’s website, the Maggio Ticket Office or via the Courtesy Service will be able to fill in the online form (https://bit.ly/ModuloRimborso_) or deliver it printed at the ticket office, till 30 December 2021;

– Those who have purchased at Unicoop points of sale can request a refund, till 30 December 2021, at the point of sale where the purchase was made by returning the title;

– Those who have purchased the ticket at the Vivaticket points of sale or the Vivaticket portal, can apply, till 30 December 2021, by filling out the form at the following link: https://shop.vivaticket.com/en/rimborsi.
