The ticket, as a tax certificate, is not refundable.

When do you recommend arriving at the theatre?
It is always advisable to arrive at the theater at least 30 minutes before the start of the show, to allow the staff to accompany you to your seats. The shows start at the time indicated on the ticket, so as not to disturb the performance of the show, once the show has started, you will no longer be able to access your seats.

What should I do if the payment must be made by the School?
It is necessary to send the relevant request on the school's letterhead containing the unique code and the CIG. Only after payment will it be possible to issue the invoice, since invoicing takes place following the issuing of tickets which are tax securities in all respects.
Please note that VAT on tickets is not deductible, in fact for many educational institutions it is superfluous and our payment receipt is sufficient.
