In a concert form

In September, on Sunday the 12th at 5:00 pm, the first opera after the summer break will be presented in concert form: Macbeth by Giuseppe Verdi. The performance will be conducted by Nicola Luisotti. In the title role, we will hear one of the most celebrated baritones on the international stage, Ludovic Tézier, who takes over the role previously performed at the Maggio by the equally renowned Luca Salsi. Lady Macbeth will be portrayed by superstar Anna Netrebko. The role of Banco will be performed by Alexander Köpeczi, while Macduff will be sung by Vincenzo Costanzo.
