The Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino informs the audience that, due to the national strike, called by the trade unions for the renewal of the national collective labor contract of the Opera and Symphonic Foundations, it is not possible – at the present time – to guarantee the regular execution of the first performance of the opera “La bohème” scheduled for tonight, 8pm.

However, the Teatro del Maggio has decided to raise the curtain on the performance which will eventually be played with the music on the piano.

The audience who does not intend to attend the tonight show performed at the piano can request a refund of their tickets, or can move their seat to one of the next performances of “La bohème”, based on ticket availability.
