Two summer events that open an unprecedented synergy between the Teatro della Toscana and the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.

After the great success of the first cycle, LIBERAMENTE – una Scuola Popolare di Scrittura, a project conceived and conducted by Stefano Massini, returns on July 8th and 16th, at 9 pm, in a new guise, renewed and enriched, in the Cavea of ​​the Teatro del Maggio, with an additional expressive element: live music, which dialogues with words and writing, stimulating reflections, emotions and new imaginaries. An opportunity to experience culture in an innovative and participatory way, amplified by the beauty of the Cavea, the theater of the Maggio under the stars.

LIBERAMENTE sotto le stelle is the title of the two evenings, at the center of a cultural project that links the Teatro della Toscana and the Maggio Musicale in a collaboration that involves the Maggio for the musical part, with the collaboration of the Academy and its singers, pianists and orchestral ensemble and the Teatro della Toscana with Stefano Massini.

Massini leads the audience as always with his ironic, biting and engaging narration, addressing the theme chosen for this cycle: “Anger”. The theme is treated on July 8 with the suggestions stimulated by the opera arias of a time span from the 18th century to today and on July 16 developing around a masterpiece such as Mozart’s Don Giovanni.
