Mother Goose, portrayed by the actress Giorgia Calandrini, takes the audience on a journey through some of the best-loved fairy tales: Sleeping Beauty, Tom Thumb, Laideronnette, Empress of the Pagodas, and Beauty and the Beast. Yet she tells them in her own distinctive way - and to discover exactly how, you will have to experience the performance. Enhancing the magic of her storytelling is Maurice Ravel’s enchanting music, performed by the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Orchestra under the baton of Massimo Raccanelli. The journey concludes in the Fairy Garden, where Sleeping Beauty finally awakens.
