Ádám Fischer conducts the Orchestra del Maggio in a programme dedicated to Mozart and Haydn

Florence, 13 October 2020 – The Teatro del Maggio, on October 15 at 8pm, proposes a programme entirely dedicated to the late eighteenth-century music of Mozart and Haydn with maestro Ádám Fischer on the podium and on the piano, general music director of the Austro-Hungarian Haydn Orchestra, principal conductor of the Danish National Chamber Orchestra and principal conductor of the Düsseldorf Symphony Orchestra, who returns to Florence almost a year later his last concert (it was on December 3, 2019, when he took the podium to replace Maestro Zubin Mehta). Fischer, one of the most important interpreters of Haydn music, will conduct the Orchestra del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino and the soprano Anna Prohaska in the Symphony in C major K. 425 Linz and in Ch’io mi scordi di te?… Non temer, amato bene, scene K. 505 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and in Berenice, che fai ?, Cantata Hob. XXIVa: 10 and in the Symphony in E flat major Hob. I: 103 Mit Dem Paukenwirbel by Franz Joseph Haydn.
