ABOUT US
The Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Academy is the international centre for advanced specialisation and professional training of the homonym opera house of Florence, created with the aim of guaranteeing the most qualified and accurate preparatory courses for those who intend to dedicate themselves to the theatrical arts and professions.
As part of the activities promoted by the Academy, the Young Artists Program (YAP) represents first-rate excellence. It consists of 12 opera singers and 4 pianists, carefully selected from among the best talents in the world.
Committed to the constant refinement of their art, the young artists of the YAP combine stylistic and interpretative research with intense artistic activity, participating as soloists in operas and concerts of the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.
Of particular note is the decentralised concert activity, through which the Academy offers performances of great artistic value in unusual context and places.
WHAT WE OFFER
Opera concerts for shows and events, such as receptions, meetings, inaugurations, and business conventions.
• Interpreters: artists from the Young Artists Program.
• Repertoire: from famous opera arias to Neapolitan songs, performed in various musical ensembles, from opera singer or solo pianist to duo, trio up to others.
• Duration: defined according to the requirements of specific events.
